Graduation Scrolls





     Isn't it fun to make food fun!?  These simple Graduation Scrolls are a prime example of food that will make you smile.  Even happier news, each proof of accomplishment will only set you back 81 calories, 5g net carbs, 5g protein and 5g fat.  A must for any get together, these savory treats will be a party favorite for celebrations to come!

Ingredients for 8 Graduation Scrolls~
2 slices Joseph's Lavish Bread (found at Walmart or Online~Josephsbkaery.com)
4oz reduced fat Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
2 Tablespoons Light Mayo
1/2 packet Ranch Seasoning
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh Broccoli
1/2 cup grated Carrot
1/2 finely diced Red Bell Pepper
8 pieces of Red Ribbon for ties, if desired

     Cut each slice of Lavish Bread in half, then cut each half in half again, to yield 8 pieces.  Stir together Cream Cheese, Mayo and Seasoning til will combined.  Stir in Broccoli, Carrot and Peppers til fully incorporated.  Add 3 Tablespoons of spread evenly along long side of each piece of bread, roll up and tie with ribbon.  Enjoy  :)
