Simple Truffles






     Easy never looked so good... or tasted so good.  If you like the idea of quick and simple, yet tasty and nutritious then Simple Truffles holds all the answers.  A full serving of 6 is only 253 calories, 6g net carbs and 21g protein.  If you love Chocolate like I love Chocolate, then everything about this recipe will make life worth livin'!

Ingredients for one serving of 6 Simple Truffles~
1 Quest Double Chocolate Chunk Protein Bar (sub with any other flavor you enjoy)
1 square or Tablespoon Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips or Baking Bar
1/2 teaspoon Coconut Oil
Powdered Peanut Butter, optional, not included in macros

     Unwrap Quest Bar and dice into 6 equal parts, microwave for 15 seconds, when softened roll into perfect circles between your palms.  Meanwhile, melt Chocolate and Oil in microwave for 20 seconds and stir til well incorporated, repeat procedure if not fully melted.  Dip Truffles in melted Chocolate , remove with fork and set on parchment paper to cool, put in fridge to set.  If desired, roll in powdered Peanut Butter (not included in macros).  Enjoy  :)
