Sweet Potato Crispy Curls

Ok listen up, they way I see things is you have two choices.... you can whip out your spiralizer OR head over to Whole Foods Market and BUY pre made Sweet Potato curls in the Produce Section...the hardest decision is determining which method is best as both are viable options!  (...I chose the later cause I be lazy...na mean!?)  These crispy little curls are so fun and easy to make, and a great side dish to any meal, or if you're trying to be all fancy then use as a salad topper!  ;)

Ingredients for Sweet Potato Crispy Curls~
Spiralized Sweet Potato ( approx 8oz per cookie sheet)
1-2 Tablespoons Nutiva Buttery Coconut Oil, melted
Dash Cayenne
Dash Onion Powder
Dash Garlic Powder
Olive Oil Pam
Butter Pam Spray

Toss Sweet Potato curls with melted Butery Coconut Oil and spread out on parchment lined cookie sheet (you don't have to use parchment paper, but remember when I mentioned I was lazy,...well, I still am and don't like extra clean up,~#yourchoice).  Sprinkle with Cayenne, Onion Powder and Garlic Powder according to desired taste.  Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, remove and stir, spray with Butter flavored Pam and place back in the oven for another 10 minutes, remove and stir and spray one more time, finish with another 5 minutes for extra crispiness.  Watch closely to make sure it doesn't burn, or stir more often.  Enjoy  ;)
