Double Chocolate Chip Protein Bar






     If you have a hankering for something sweet, chocolate and healthy have I got a suggestion for you!  Double Chocolate Chip Protein Bars are perfect for breakfast, dessert or a healthy snack...or all three!  Enjoy each of these six bars for 214 calories, 5g net carbs and 17g protein.  And if you want to get all fancy pants then cut each bar into squares and call it fudge! ...then you can freak everyone out at the office while you walk around eating fudge all day with a knowing grin  ;)

Ingredients for 6 Protein Bars~
4 scoops Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
1/4 cup unsweetened Cocoa
1/4 cup Swerve Granular Erythritol
1 cup 35 cal/cup So Delicious Cashew Milk
1/4 cup softened Chocolate Brownie Sweet Spreads Coconutter
1 Tablespoon Cocoa Butter, melted
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt, or regular Salt
2 Tablespoons Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips

     Mix all ingredients together except the Chocolate Chips and pour into parchment lined loaf pan, then sprinkle with Chocolate Chips and chill for several hours or overnight in fridge til set.  Remove and slice into 6 bars.  Enjoy  :)
