Chocolate Mint Truffles







     Although these Chocolate Mint Truffles are a great Holiday option, devouring them all year long will keep you off Santa's naughty list!  The more Truffles you eat the nicer you are! ...true story...   Each innocent indulgence is only 36 calories, 1g net carbs, and 3g protein.  All eight can be eaten in one bliss filled session or drag happy out over long periods of time.  Which method tickles your fancy!?  (my plan always starts out thinking I will savor one per day, then I end up finishing them in 5 minutes... #ooops)  Either way works, just enjoy yourself!  ;)

Ingredients for 8 Truffles~
1 Quest Chocolate Mint Protein Bar
2 Squares Lily's Dark Chocolate Premium Baking Bar
Green colored Sugar as garnish, if desired (not included in macros)

     Cut Quest into 8 equal pieces, microwave for 5-7 seconds or til softened enough to roll in spheres.  Meanwhile, melt Chocolate in bowl til just softened in microwave and roll Truffles til fully coated, rest on wax paper and sprinkle with Green Sugar for garnish if desired.  Enjoy  :)
