Hemp Brownies

Before anyone gets too excited about my Hemp Brownies I need to shed a little light on the subject.  Although the two plants are related, hemp products contain only trace levels of TCH(less than 10ppm) and will not cause a psychoactive effect...sorry dude. :/  However, that being said, the protein powder does have a "grassy" (no pun intended) flavor that is best masked by chocolate.  Hemp is rich in omega 3 and fiber and perfect for anyone looking for a plant based protein.  This recipe makes 16 servings, each has 180 calories, 15g net carbs and 6g protein.  Throw these brownies together in minutes and enjoy the many benefits of this superfood!!!  ;)

Ingredients for 16 servings~
1/4 cup Chocolate Brownie Sweet Spreads Coconutter, melted
1/4 cup Nutiva Coconut Sugar
1/3 cup Nutiva Coconut Flour
2 Jumbo Eggs
3/4 cup (25 cal/cup) Silk unsweetened Cashew Milk
1/4 cup Nutiva Hemp Protein Powder
1/4 cup Nutiva Hemp Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 cup raw shelled Hemp Seeds
2/3 cup Swerve Granular Erythritol
15oz Pumpkin puree
1 cup Vitacost Cocoa powder
1/2 bag (5oz) White Sunspire Chocolate Chips
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt

Stir all ingredients together and pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.  Remove, cool, and store left overs in fridge. Enjoy  ;)
