Turkey Turkey Pizza with High Protein Low Carb Crust






     What do you do with leftover Turkey!!!??? ... make Pizza of course!!!  And with the new Quest Muli Purpose Protein Powder, Pizza can and SHOULD be on the weekly menu ... with out cheating or guilt!!! For a 1/4 of the crust recipe, it is 118.5 calories, 1.3g net carbs, and 13.2g protein.  You can be creative with any toppings, from Supreme to Veggie to Pepperoni!!!  Have a Pizza bar and let everyone choose their own!  Thank you Quest for creating the perfect Pizza base!!!  ;)

Ingredients for Crust~
2 cups "riced" Cauliflower in Food Processor
1 scoop Multi Purpose Quest Protein Powder
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Dash Garlic
Salt/Pepper to taste

     Mix all crust ingredients and pat onto Silpat lined cookie sheet into large rectangle, bake at 450 for 15 minutes.  Remove and cool, cut into 4 equal pieces.  Top with topping of your choice and finish baking til cheese is melted and vegetables are crisp tender, at 450 for 7-9 minutes.  I will use left over Turkey, Turkey Pepperoni, diced Tomatoes, sliced Bell Peppers, Mozzarella Almond Cheese, Mushrooms, Onions, and Pizza Sauce.  But don't stop there, there are no rules, just let your Pizza juices flow!!!  Enjoy  ;)
