Apple Pumpkin Bacon Cinnamon Roll Tart

Apple Pumpkin Bacon Cinnamon Roll Tart, yes it's true !!!  ;)  This recipe makes 2 tarts, each one has 198 calories ( not including Cool Whip garnish), 18g net carbs, and 18.7g protein.  The biggest problem is deciding to eat them both or to be a nice guy and share...eat them both, definitely!  ;)

Ingredients~
Cinnamon Roll Quest Bar, divided  in half and microwaved for 12 seconds
Half Sweet Tango Apple, diced into small pieces~can sub with Fuji
1 slice Turkey Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup Pumpkin Filling ( recipe below)
Cool Whip for garnish, optional

Cut Cinnamon Roll Quest Bar in half and microwave for 12 seconds.  Turn 2 small Ramekins upside down and spray outside with Pam, take each half of warm Quest Bar and pat into circles and mold to bottom and half way down the sides of Ramekin, and bake at 350 for 7 minutes.  Remove and cool in freezer, remove once chilled and hardened and thaw til easily removed and you have a nice Quest shell.  Stir diced Apple and Pumpkin filling together, reserving a few Apple bits for garnish.  Fill each shell evenly with batter, garnish with Apple bits, crumbled Bacon and top with Cool Whip for garnish.  Enjoy this wonderful delight !!!  ;)
