Turkey Bacon Veggie Cauliflower Crust Pizza








     It's a His & Hers Pizza Event !!!  ( ... guess whose is whose ....can this marriage be saved ...  :/ ) Anyhoo, enjoy this Cauliflower Pizza Crust Veggie Pizza with all ingredients found at Whole Foods .... OR .... you can swing thru and pick up one of their ready made pizza's  ( aka HIS) ... !!!  AND, on Friday nights they are always on sale for 8.99 !!!  Either way you can't go wrong, OR just have a piece of both !!!  Enjoy  ;)

Ingredients~
1 head Cauliflower, chopped into small pieces and ground in food processor
2 Tablespoon Psyllium Husk
1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
1 heaping Tablespoon Rice Protein Powder
1 Egg
1/2 cup Egg Whites
Dash Lite Salt
Dash Italian Seasonings
Dash Garlic Powder
Dash Minced Dried Onions
Diced Roma Tomatoes, chopped and drained on paper towel all day or as long as possible
Diced Bell Pepper~ Red, Yellow, Orange, Green
Purple Onion rings
Jarred Mushrooms
Turkey Bacon, cooked, cooled and diced
Shredded Almond Cheese

     Process Cauliflower into rice like pieces, cook in microwave for approx 5 minutes.  Cool and lay in dish cloth and twist excess water out of Cauliflower.  Mix Psyllim Husk, Nutritional Yeast, Protein Powder, Egg, Egg Whites, Italian Seasoning, Garlic, Minced Onion and Salt til well blended.  Spray pizza stone with EVOO Pam and pat enough dough mix onto stone to cover with in an inch of the edge.  Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.  Top with remaining Veggies, Bacon and finish with Almond Cheese.  Bake at 375 til 10 minutes or until cheese melted and veggies are crisp tender.  Enjoy  ;)
